These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Solvers platform at solvers.global (the “Platform”), operated by Solvers Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is intended for use by players enrolled in participating educational programs and their supervising directors and administrators. Access is granted through accounts created and managed by Institutions. You must not share your login credentials with others.
The Platform is provided exclusively for educational purposes within the context of the Solvers Academy program. All use must comply with your Institution’s acceptable use policies and applicable laws.
Players using the Platform agree to: submit their own original work; not attempt to manipulate scores or rankings; not share mission content or answers; not use the Platform to harass or harm others; not attempt to access other accounts; not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Platform; follow all instructions provided by their director.
Directors and administrators agree to: use player data only for legitimate educational purposes; not share player credentials; ensure appropriate consent is obtained; review AI-generated feedback before acting on it; report security issues promptly; comply with applicable data protection laws.
All content provided through the Platform — including lesson materials, mission content, game mechanics, frameworks (REACH, PRISM, CODEX, FRAME), tool systems, interface design, and instructional text — is the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Joel Toussaint. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this content.
Players retain ownership of their original submissions. By submitting content, players grant Solvers Academy a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content for operating the Platform.
The Platform uses AI to assist with grading and feedback. AI-generated responses are assistive and may contain errors. Directors are responsible for final grading decisions. Player work may be processed by third-party AI APIs.
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvers Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solvers Academy from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration or courts of the jurisdiction in which Solvers Academy operates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to institutional administrators.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solvers Academy regarding your use of the Platform.
