Solvers Academy | solvers.global | Effective Date: April 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Solvers Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the Solvers platform available at solvers.global (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

If you are a student under the age of 18, please have a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative review this policy. Use of this Platform by students is administered through their educational institution.

1. Who We Are

Solvers Academy operates solvers.global, an educational platform designed for classroom use. The Platform is provided to students through their school or teacher (“Institution”). The Institution acts as the data controller for student data collected through the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When accounts are created, we may collect: name and username, email address, class or cohort assignment, and role (student, teacher, or administrator).

2.2 Activity and Usage Data

As students and teachers use the Platform, we collect: training progress, exercise submissions, and scores; mission attempts, completions, and outcomes; Intel points, rankings, and leaderboard standings; drill and daily activity responses; tool usage and skill-unlock data; timestamps and session duration.

2.3 Device and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including: browser type and version, device type, IP address, operating system, log data and error reports.

2.4 Content Submitted

Students submit written responses, analyses, and solutions through the Platform. This content is stored and may be reviewed by the teacher and processed by AI systems for grading and feedback purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: operate and deliver the Platform’s features and functionality; track student progress and generate performance reports for teachers; provide AI-assisted feedback and auto-grading summaries to teachers; maintain leaderboards and scoring systems; identify and fix technical issues; improve and develop the Platform over time; communicate with institutional administrators about account or service matters.

4. AI-Powered Features

The Platform uses third-party artificial intelligence services to assist with grading, feedback, and content generation. Student submissions may be processed by these AI systems. We use commercially available AI APIs from providers including Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).

AI-generated feedback is reviewed by teachers. No automated decision-making produces legally significant outcomes solely by AI. Teachers retain oversight of all grading and assessment.

We do not train AI models on your personal data without explicit consent. Submissions processed by AI APIs are subject to those providers’ data processing terms.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is designed for use by students, including those under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 directly. Student accounts are created and managed by teachers or school administrators acting on behalf of the Institution.

The Institution is responsible for obtaining any necessary parental consent prior to students using the Platform, as required by applicable law.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with your Institution (teachers and administrators), with service providers (cloud hosting, AI processing services), and as required by law.

7. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure.

8. Data Retention

We retain student data for as long as the student’s account is active or as needed to provide services to the Institution. Teachers and administrators may request deletion of student data by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access personal information, request correction, request deletion, restrict processing, and receive a portable copy of your data.

10. Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or track users across third-party websites.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
